The OGmend® Implant Enhancement System is intended for use with spinal fixation devices where the screw has lost purchase due to screw loosening, back out, or breakage. The device creates a uniform fit between screws and bone, distributes load away from high-pressure points, and enables boney ingrowth to enhance fixation and promote bone healing.
